Luca is making the revelation that he and his bear are dressed alike (and each have a belly button as well!) It was really cute ~ he kept looking at the bear's emblem on his shirt and then his own (and then at the bears belly button...and then his own :) )

Ring, Ring..."Hello, Easter Bunny? This is Luca. Can you please come back again tomorrow?"

Luca didn't care too much about finding the eggs, but this one was a bonus because it made noise when he shook it!

All this for me?

The Easter Bunny was VERY good to Luca this year...and found him at ALL 3 houses we were at!!!

That's my boy! His first choice out of the loaded easter basket was a book...which shouldn't be a big surprise to many of you who know him well!

" What is this sugary goodness touching my lips?" He was hooked on Peeps from the very first moment...just like his mama!

You would never know this boy had a fever all weekend! Here he is laughing up a storm with his Aunt Debbie.

I swear we put forth much more energy and excitement trying to lure Luca into searching for his Easter eggs than he did, but he did manage to find one egg on his own (even if he did just toss it to the side and crawl towards the dog a split second later!) Oh well, we tried (at least we got an egg hunt shot) ~ better luck next year!

Who wouldn't want to get this baby in the mail?

Luca gets a big kick out of me opening up his mailbox and finding him on the other side ~ it's like a surprise for him everytime! Oh, you say, "does his hair look shorter?". The answer is yes, but we probably won't be allowed back for haircut #3 for like.....EVER!!!

Monkey See, Monkey Do!

I swear this child is part monkey! Mike and I have called him monkey from the beginning, and the name seems more and more appropriate each day! He climbs up everything, is so silly, and even makes the perfect monkey sound imitation! Here he is rolling around with his favorite friend (or maybe relative!) which was a gift from Aunt Debbie.

Like mother like son!

UH-OH! Luca has discovered Mike's wallet! This could be trouble (especially if Luca takes after his mom!!!) What isn't so obvious in this picture is that he is standing by himself, and was for quite sometime, just to have two hands on the money!

From the most curious of sleeping positions to the most relaxed, what I wouldn't do to have sleep like this! And I think the tushy says it all!

BFF

Gus and Luca have become the best of friends. Nothing but hugs, kisses (yes, even Gus gets Luca's open mouth specialty) pats and tugs. Luca even crawls over to Gus with a towel to wipe the drool!

Show me your muscles!

So he isn't very good at intimidation - yet. But the kid will make you laugh till you cry! This is one of his favorite tricks...ask to see his muscles, and Luca will clench his fists, shake his arms and grit his teeth. He even cracks himself up!
